1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the avenio platform (avenio.club), operated by Imagemedia GmbH. By registering, you accept these terms.
2. Membership
- Registration is free of charge. Paid plans are chosen separately.
- Membership is personal and non-transferable.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and the security of your login credentials.
3. Services
avenio provides a platform for networking (group chats, one-to-one video calls), events and workshops. The features available depend on the plan chosen. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
4. Prices and payment
- The prices stated at the time of booking apply (in CHF).
- Subscriptions are billed annually. Invoices are payable within 30 days.
- Payment by card/TWINT, QR invoice or bank transfer.
5. Code of conduct
The club stands for respect, recognition, success, friendship and fairness. Harassment, discrimination, spam or unlawful content lead to suspension. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations without refund.
6. Cancellation
Membership can be cancelled with effect from the end of the current subscription period. Fees already paid are not refunded, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Liability
avenio is not liable for the content or conduct of members, nor for business concluded between members. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Solothurn (registered office of the operator), unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
